In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Our full  contact details can be found on contact page. If only one part is damaged, we are able to replace that individual part, keeping inconvenience to a minimum. In the event that the entire item has to be returned, we will arrange a collection with yourselves on a day that suits you.

If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Refunds can only be issued on goods that are returned in the same condition and packaging as when the goods were originally despatched. Our staff will gladly advise the best ways to send goods back to us.
